Let’s get you feeding in confidence. Learning to feed a baby or babies is a new skill for parents but it doesn’t mean you need to struggle alone through the challenges. I am here to guide you, with your feeding goals in mind.

If you are experiencing any of the following concerns or would like to know how to improve your feeding relationship, reach out for support!

  • Not yet latching
  • Fussy baby during feeding times
  • Slow weight gain, needing to supplement/ low milk supply
  • Painful feeds – sore nipples & breasts
  • Blocked ducts, blebs, mastitis
  • Compressed/ discoloured nipples/ shooting breast/ chest pains
  • Candida/thrush in parent or baby
  • Suspected TOTs (tethered oral tissues i.e tongue, lip, buccal tie(s)
  • Symptoms or diagnoses of reflux & colic 
  • Excessive infant gas/ infrequent stooling
  • Frequent feeds, very long feeds, short & frequent feeds

I offer education for the following:

  • Lactation & Infant feeding (prenatal)
  • Lactating after a reduction/augmentation
  • Inducing lactation (producing milk for a non-gestational/ intended parent)- Queer & Trans families, adoption, surrogacy
  • Feeding twins, multiples or premature babies
  • Co-feeding (sharing the feeding of your infant(s) with another parent (Queer and Trans families))
  • Bottle feeding challenges (introducing, reducing usage, leaking and clicking, air intake/gassy baby)
  • Exclusively pumping (using the pump, flange fitting, schedules etc)
  • Introducing solids
  • Transitioning back to work
  • Weaning (direct feeding and/or pumping)
